Shipping and Handling

We recommend our standard shipping by USPS Parcel Post, for a charge of $5.95. For faster delivery, Priority mail service (2 to 5 business days) is available at $9.95. You can select these options at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that items will be shipped by the next business day.

Gift Services

It is quick and easy to send gifts directly to friends and family. We are happy to wrap your gift and ship it with one of our stylish NunoOrganic cards.

Back Order

Although we make every effort to have your items in stock, popular items may become temporarily sold out. If an item is sold out, we will contact you, to let you know when it becomes available. Your credit card will not be billed until your item is shipped.

Backordered items will be shipped at no additional shipping charge.

International Orders

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.

For shipment outside the United States, please e-mail your inquiry (with your full name, shipping and billing address and daytime telephone number) to: mail@nunoorganic.com

The package recipient is responsible for duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

At NunoOrganic, you can always return or exchange an unused and undamaged item within 30 days of your purchase. If you have received the wrong item, or if it is damaged, NunoOrganic will refund the postage. Within 2 – 3 weeks your credit card will be credited or you will be issued a refund or exchange.

Please mail your returns by US Postal Service (insured) to: NunoOrganic Inc. PO Box 924, Westborough, MA 01581, USA.  We would like to hear why you are returning an item, so please mail us at: mail@nunoorganic.com

Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For mail orders, we accept checks or money orders payable in US currency. A fee will be charged for returned checks.
